hey you :) thanks for the shout-out. i do think it’s possible to be psychologically addicted to alcohol and not physically addicted. but make no mistake, it’s hard to quit no matter where we are on the booze down-elevator. if you don’t (yet) have enough external accountability, you can add it, in whatever form works. and the key part will be ‘does it work’ :) if it doesn’t work, then add more stuff, including things that your head has resisted upt to now. add in all the things. because being sober is worth doing. and you deserve to feel lots better. remove the booze and things change.
